This summer berry gin & tonic recipe makes for a light and refreshing cocktail to sip on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Plus, it only requires a few ingredients so is a super easy drink to throw together. All you need to make this gin & tonic with a twist are berries of your choice (I used blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries), gin (I used Barr Hill Gin), tonic water, and ice.
At times like these, it’s more important than ever to support businesses that are contributing to their communities. Caledonia Spirits, the distillery that makes Barr Hill Gin, has repurposed their distillery in Vermont to produce 20,000 gallons of hand sanitizer on a non-profit basis for healthcare workers, first-responders, and those in need. It’s awesome to see a business giving back even when they’ve lost one of their main revenue streams from restaurants and bars! You can buy or donate their hand sanitizer at this link.
